Returns & Exchange Policy
Exchanges will not be processed until your return item has been checked into our physical store.
We do not provide refunds. You can only change for another product or products which cost the same or higher.
Other conditions for return & exchanges:
- Item must be in original condition
- Price tag is still attached
- Item is unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition
- Sale item and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
Cash refund are not available. Items that are in a unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if the items are returned within (14)days of receipt.

Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer.

Friendly reminder, NO cash balance will be refunded.
However, customers are advised to notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org by quoting the order number and the product details.
