How can I check the status of my order(s)?

Please check in your email for "Order confirmation". After your order is posted out, you will receive a notification email.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once payment is complete it will be shipped out within 24hours and take 1 to 3 working days for courier service to deliver to your door steps for Malaysia & 2 to 5 working days.

 

How much is the shipping fee? 

For West Malaysia

Delivery fees Rm7, and Free delivery for any purchase above RM100.

For East Malaysia 

• Delivery fees RM17 for any purchase within 1kg. 
• Delivery fees RM31 for  any purchase within 2kg.
• Delivery fees RM45 for any purchase within 3kg.
• FREE delivery for any purchase above RM200

For Singapore

• FREE delivery for any purchase above RM350.
• Delivery fees RM25 for any purchase within 0.5kg. 
• Delivery fees RM33 for  any purchase within 1kg.
• Delivery fees RM41 for any purchase within 1.5kg.

 For reference: 1 pair of cosmetic lens = 85g

Where do i get the tracking number or courier service used if i haven't receive my order after 5 working days?
